By accessing or using EchoSite's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. EchoSite provides an AI-powered chat widget solution that enables businesses to engage with their website visitors through automated responses based on business-specific knowledge.

2. Service Description

EchoSite offers a subscription-based AI chatbot service that you can embed on your website. Our service includes:

• AI-powered chat widget for customer engagement
• Custom business knowledge training capabilities
• Lead capture functionality when AI cannot answer questions
• Dashboard for managing knowledge base and viewing captured leads
• Unlimited conversations during your subscription period

3. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial without incurring charges.

Subscription Fee: After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged $149 USD per year. This subscription renews annually unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EchoSite's services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services
• Overloading our systems through excessive automated requests
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Collecting or storing personal data from end users without proper consent

5. Data and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the business knowledge, data, and information you provide to train the AI. By using our service, you grant EchoSite a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you.

Lead Data: All lead information captured through your chatbot (including names, emails, and messages) belongs to you. We store this data securely on your behalf and will not use it for any purpose other than displaying it in your dashboard.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, EchoSite does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

EchoSite provides AI-generated responses based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked, and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
